Check out my chewy oatmeal raisin cookie recipe below which calls for no eggs, but don’t worry, you won’t miss the eggs in these. They are perfectly chewy and moist and taste delicious. These are great egg-less cookie, whether or not you have food allergies.

Not only are these cookies easy to make they are delicious! I had a hard time keeping them in the kitchen for more than a couple of days.
You’ll love how chewy and moist they are!
- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup boiling Water
- 2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup Raisins
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees
- Beat Butter, Sugar and Vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Add flour and Salt. Mix well.
- Dissolve Baking Soda in boiling Water & add to mixture.
- Stir in Rolled Oats & Raisins
- Drop spoonful onto greased or parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
